Notice of changes to PayLab point-earning merchant benefits

Hello, this is the PayLab team.

Starting Monday, September 15, 2025, the merchants eligible for point earning benefits will change.

Before

Points were excluded at some merchants in excluded categories.

After

Points will be excluded at merchants in excluded categories such as fixed-price books, digital content, e-coupons, and cash-equivalent products.

<Merchant categories excluded from point earning>

- Gift card / prepaid card purchases and top-ups

- E-coupon / gift certificate / prepaid electronic payment purchases

- National taxes, local taxes, non-tax local revenue, environmental charges, water bills, and TV license fees

- Pure gold and jewelry, including gold bars, gold keepsakes, silver bars, and gold baby rings

- Four major social insurances: national pension, health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident insurance

- Apartment management fees

- Mobile T-money

Merchants excluded from point earning may change without prior notice.
